Knowing the fact that there are later and greater versions
of R:BASE available than 6.5++ for DOS, I feel sorry for
those who are still dancing, finding any excuse in the world
they can, and running their entire operation and mission
critical applications in R:BASE for 6.x DOS.
Do their supervisors know that they are using a LEGACY
version of R:BASE? Probably not. Every user may think
that R:BASE for DOS is the only product R:BASE has to
offer. Sooner or later, someone is going to figure that
one out.
Unfortunately, no one can choose your mountain or tell you
when to climb ... it's yours alone to challenge at your own
pace and time ... The choice is yours!
