Karen, Based on Paul's presentation at the conference, I am working on getting rid of Microsoft for my server and switching to Linux. Might be an option.

I'm sure they would want to see some "bang" for their upgrade bucks. I'll tell them to go ahead and get a new server and take their chances. My personal response to such customer(s) would be very clear and straight forward. Why are they using R:BASE?
