Indeed it's written in Delphi till now, that's why it's looking like RBase. The power would be enormous, but we have to wait a little bit (I was told sol).

Jan, It's definitely R:BASE, not browser-based, as PHP would be. What's installed on my computer is a 512 kb exe file, a small chm help file, and a pdf version of the help file. I can't tell if the forms are embedded in the exe file, or if they are being downloaded live on demand.
