John, (from the help)
DirectDraw This property indicates whether the image will be sent directly to the printer or to an intermediate bitmap and then copied to the printer. If you are having difficulty getting an image to print correctly on the printer, try setting this property to True. It may only happen once or twice per month and I have never been able to find the cause. I just checked and direct draw was not “checked” but it is now. I sure hope that resolves the problem. What does direct draw do ? Then the image prints fine. I have an image on a report. Ocassionally this image will print as a dark blotch. So there may be 35 pages that print fine, 2 with a dark spot, 15 fine, 3 with dark spot, etc. This image has the following properties; Center MaintainAspectRatio Stretch Any ideas appreciated. Jan
