Tom-

I know all exe's-app's should be current and I just follow that rule. KISS
( Keep It Simple Stupid) I figure these guys spend a lot of time doing
something with my money in these updates, once it effected a compiled rff
form and I got caught outdated form vs dll calls. It seems I must have done
something and forgot or gremlins. But that was MY last time trying that.

Since then I just do a across the board update, in fact, I have all compiled
app's time out after 45 days and if I should miss one (my tech's that is)my
application dies and I get a call. This way it forces me to keep them
current and updated with the latest greatest version. Just my .03

Speaking of which it is that time for my apps to time out and .... but this
time thanks to Razzak I got the update before I recompiled. It is a
beautiful day.

Sincerely,

Paul

Subject: [RBASE-L] - Compiler question

I have never ask this but when I do an update for 7.6 and compiler, do I
have to re-compile my app or can I just use my current exe file. My
compiled file just loads a form. I know I need to update my computer where
my app is running with the compiler updates.
