I click on the items that need to be move, then Copy. Then make sure you click on the region so that the region is highlighted. Then Paste. Now where in the heck they are in the region might be a mystery. Look at your object tree if you don't see the controls and find out if there are there. Sometimes I make my region a one-liner first, with one big fat row to find where the controls are.
