Not knowing all details, if you are trying to:
PRINT a report, look in R:Web Reports
EXPORT data, look into R:Web Gateway
Be fully compatible with R:BASE 7.6, use Oterro 4.0.

Oterro executes the stored procedure/trigger nicely it but it
doesn't execute the "launch test.bat" DOS command file that I need
the stored procedure to run.
Will Oterro execute a UDF if I convert the batch file to a UDF of
some sort?
