I had something like this a week or 2 ago, I just updated to the latest AVG Free. I Uninstalled AVG and the problem went away. Now I am using another AV.

Although the Rbase Icons are visible on the desktop, when I click them nothing seems to happen. In task manager however, I can see that Rbase .exe is effectively running. What could be wrong here ? Some Windows setting ? Rights ? I have have Rbase up and running on 4 other PC's without any trouble. Using Win 7 and Rbase 9.0_64. Luc D.
