I think it would be pretty scary to try to do sequential commands multi 
threaded!!!

Scott,

There are no multi-threading capabilities in the R:BASE engine. All R:BASE
commands are executed in one thread.

Robust engine has always been the most important feature of R:BASE!

In reference to Oterro 8.0 and 9.1 (32/64), the ODBC engine was enhanced
to be multi-threading safe to support multi-threading capabilities with
Web Server environments, such as Apache (our favorite) and IIS.
