Probably a problem with the RSTYLE files in that directory. Now we're getting somewhere! I cleaned out my Rstyle.new file (I've never known to do this) and now it works on the 2 computers we tested in all directories! However... while I am in one particular directory it does the rstyle, gives me the count of errors found, then when I click okay it crashes out. Not in any of the other directories. But it definitely gets me almost there! A little more testing and I should be okay!
