Do you happen to still have the exact error message? Might want to "Show All" in the field of the error message and have it checked. It can be broken down and with Microsoft you can find the reason 90% of the time. It might be something with the computer and it is finding it before it causes a larger problem. One not to overlook. Does it do it on all computers?
