We found out it had to do with Citrix (the bane of my existence, or one of them anyway). Coming into the database thru Citrix from some machines produced blank pages, sometimes from the 1st time and sometimes it took a few times of printing before it went blank. Assuming it had to do with the default printer on that machine (as Dan mentions in a post), although why it would print a few times before going blank made me not believe it.
