Citrix and printers have always been a chore.

Often, then Citrix attempt to map the local machine printers on login fails and
that causes problems.

Make sure the printer drivers for all the local machine printers are installed
on Citrix.

Subject: [RBASE-L] - Re: Reports Display Blank Print Preview

We found out it had to do with Citrix (the bane of my existence, or one of them
anyway). Coming into the database thru Citrix from some machines produced
blank pages, sometimes from the 1st time and sometimes it took a few times of
printing before it went blank. Assuming it had to do with the default printer
on that machine (as Dan mentions in a post), although why it would print a few
times before going blank made me not believe it.

Did you ever find a cause/solution for the blank report print preview screen in
9.1?

We still have not found a fix.

Yeah, I'd like to hear about this too... One client's been sitting on 9.1 for
quite a while. We have it in a testing environment for them (conversion
from 7.6) and the only problem we've found so far is exactly what you say
-- that you can print a report once, but if you try to print it again you get
the
blank screen. Exiting RBase and coming back in works. And it works
perfectly on some machines, and screws up on others... All running XP.
We haven't been able to pin it down yet. So they're still on 7.6.....
