We just got the RBASE 9.5 and plan to compile a form.

At the present we use one form not associated to any table as our Main

I would like to continue to use the same form.

Is it my understanding that ALL forms and reports accessed by this main
from MUST be added to the project?

That is what the instructions seem to say.

Jim,

Actually, you don't have to add all forms and reports in the compiler
project.

To get started, if you have previously used R:Compiler, simply open
the existing R:BASE Compiler Project (.rcp) file from the previous
version, and carefully review all options, such as:

. General Information
  - R:BASE Startup File Name
  - Output File Name (.EXE)
. Executable Icon
. Version Information
. Additional Resources
  - External Form Files
  - R:BASE Forms
  - R:BASE Reports
  - R:BASE Labels
  - Themes
  - Runtime Licenses
  - Plugins
  - Misc. Files

And, then click on the [Compile] option to compile the executable.

To deploy and customize end user's computer, refer to "Customizing
the End User's Computer" section of help file.

Once you have the basic understanding of R:Compiler 9.5, then you
can take advantage of all advanced features, such as embedding
External Form Files, R:BASE Forms, Reports, Labels, R:BASE Engine,
Themes, Plugins, and all Misc. Files, such as external command
files, EEPs, Configuration Files, etc.

If you are using R:Compiler for the first time, make sure to review
"RCompiler95_32.pdf" or "RCompiler95_64.pdf" installed in the
default \RBTI\RBG95_32_Compiler or \RBTI\RBG95_64_Compiler folder.

Topics:

. Using R:Compiler
  - User Interface
  - Compiling Executables
. Developing the Program

Have fun!

Very Best R:egards,

Razzak.
