A form has a button to use Predefined- Duplicate Row At two locations over the past few months the user finds they have 500+ duplicate rows. As though they clicked the button 500 times. (They didn't.) My only guess is a network error where a NIC re transmits a mouse click that "wasn't received" although it actually was.
