I also had a customer where a notepad fell on the (lower/right) Enter button and lots of enters resulted. I'll mention that their mouse button may be sticking occasionally and could cause this. Thank you.

Button on the form is selected and user slides keyboard back under desk
and the enter button gets stuck on the desk (holding it down)

Just wondering if anyone has ever seen this.
A form has a button to use Predefined- Duplicate Row At two locations over
the past few months the user finds they have
500+ duplicate rows. As though they clicked the button 500 times.
(They didn't.)
My only guess is a network error where a NIC re transmits a mouse click that
"wasn't received" although it actually was.
