Dennis, As others have mentioned a tuck key is the likely culprit. Having said that you might want to review your code and/or database structure to ensure that duplicates are not allowed; "Duplicate Row" would still be allowed but the record would not be stored until the proper fields have been updated. Over the years I have moved away from rules checking and do my own checking via code.
