How do you send a file to desktop in Rbase. I know you can
output c:\whatever, but what is the command to send to desktop
Assuming the file name "Document.pdf" is in the current folder ...
Here's how ...
A very simple example:
SET VAR vFileName TEXT = NULL
SET VAR vFileName = 'Document.pdf'
SET VAR vUserDesktop TEXT = NULL
SET VAR vUserDesktop = ('C:\Users\'+(CVAL('NetUser'))+'\Desktop\')
COPY &vFileName &vUserDesktop
CLEAR VARIABLES vFileName,vUserDesktop
RETURN
Once you understand the concept of this simple example, you should
be able to adapt this to your specific needs.
