The OUTPUT PLT1: command is not documented in R:BASE.
This is the results of our output printer experiments with dot matrix
printer in order to convert DOS to Windows procedures.
If you tray the same experiments you can verify that Windows is not involved
in printing process.
after OUTPUT LPT1: you can tray
WRITE
LIST
PRINT reportname
TYPE filename

The output is like DOS ASCII or TEXT file (NO font characters, NO box, NO
orizontal or vertilal line, etc.)

This is what appens on your PC with R:BASE 6.5++ for Windows (98, ME and
2000)
