Coping a file is generally is fast and stable.

OUTPUT filename
PRINT reportname
OUT SCREEN
ZIP yourcommandcom /C batchfilename

batchfilename
    COPY filename nameofprinterport or printbuffer

While the file is being printed, the next report is being sent to a file.
