Sami:
If the LAYOUT option is set to ON then any row inserts/deletes done in the Edit screen 
are not recorded in the database structure. The count of rows shown by the List 
command will be wrong; reload or pack will report the error.

With LAYOUT OFF this does not happen.

I reported the problem(# 1786) but RBTI was not able to duplicate it. Later I 
discovered the link to LAYOUT ON, which is probably why it couldn't be duplicated.
