I know that everyone will respect your decision concerning the conference.
I also know from talking to you in the past that at least two of your
government clients will be directly involved in the response to the attack
on our country. I am sure that I speak for other R:Base programmers on this
list when I offer any assistance I can possibly provide as you support our
country's efforts.
As there have been scattered reports of threats and violence directed
against innocent Americans of Middle Eastern and South Asian origin in our
country, I know that all your fellow R:Base developers wish you and your
family the very best at this trying time.
