Column Problem?

I have a quick question....   I have a column that is "real" and I am trying to key in 10000000(10 million).  It shows up as 1.E7 in the table.    I also print a report with this column on it and have a picture format of 999,999,999 set up, but it still insist on printing 1.E7.     Any suggestions?   Windows Rbase version 6.5   Thanks,   Kristie
