What kind of network are you using?

With my W2k machine on Novell using the Novell client, I noticed that the
machine would not disconnect from the database until 30 seconds after I exited
out of R:base. I found a setting under the Novell network client having to do
with file caching causing the problem. Maybee you are having a simelar
problem where the workstation is trying to hold the sy5 file open and the user
is logging out of the network causing some problems???

server6.rbg is. Sounds like the file is not getting closed out correctly when
you exit R:Base.
