Manuel:

It's time to upgrade to Oterro 2.5.

It doesn't use a SERVER6.RBG so you never run into the problem.

Hi Ben,
Yes I know that this will do it but I was hoping that it could be done from
VB. RBAdmin requires user (my) intervention. That server6.rbg is a pain
in the neck. I do not mind its intend, but it lack programming controls
when things go wrong.

      Hi Manuel

Run rbadmin like you did when you used Rbase.

Subject: Oterro V1.1 five users using server6.rbg

            Hello Everyone,
Does anyone know how to reset the server6.rbg file with an
            Oterro
connection is interrupted and the user remains active.
When you try to reconnect to the database Oterro returns the
            following
            error:

            S1000 3013 [RBTI][Oterro ODBC Driver]-ERROR- Station name is
            already in
      use.
If this was to happen in RBase, the pop up window allows you to
            reset
the server6.rbg. How can we do this programmatically through
            Oterro
            using VB.

            TIA,
            Manuel de Aguiar
