Being very careful, try this:

If you have not made any structural changes in the database since the date
of their good RB1 file, you can:

1.  Make lots of good backups before you start
2.  Copy the OLD RB1 file into the folder with the current database and
overwrite the bad RB1 file.
3.  Run an immediate RELOAD - you will get the message that it was reloaded
with errors, but you can ignore it.
4.  Check out and update all autonumbered columns
See what happens.
