When I use "launch ftpstart.bat" it brings the IE Window.
When I use "launch c:\rms_win\ftpstart.bat" it brings the DOS Window with
the directory.
I think you hit the nail on the head. It appears that it may be related to
the PATH definition; however, I did a search on the entire drive and I do
not have another file named ftpstart.bat or ftpstart with any extension.

Is everybody using the complete file specification in their testing?
