Some wild guessing, based on past publishing experience, is that -- considering the number of copies, and the short shelf-life until the RBTI Design Team comes up with the next great feature-laden new release -- the cost per volume would be pretty high to produce printed manuals. So the real is, would you pay an extra $75 or $100 for your R:Base bound books, with no more content than you get in the html or chm files?
