>> Some wild guessing, based on past publishing experience, is that -- considering the number of copies, and the short shelf-life until the RBTI Design Team comes up with the next great feature-laden new release -- the cost per volume would be pretty high to produce printed manuals. So the real is, would you pay an extra $75 or $100 for your R:Base bound books, with no more content than you get in the html or chm files? <<
I think the idea of a PDF or other easily printable version, would be the best compromise. It lets people have whatever printed documentation they want, without driving costs too high. ================================================ TO SEE MESSAGE POSTING GUIDELINES: Send a plain text email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] In the message body, put just two words: INTRO rbase-l ================================================ TO UNSUBSCRIBE: send a plain text email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] In the message body, put just two words: UNSUBSCRIBE rbase-l ================================================ TO SEARCH ARCHIVES: http://www.mail-archive.com/rbase-l%40sonetmail.com/
