This topic usually results in 30 or so responses. The idea is to control
when it's OK for a column to having nothing as opposed to something. i.e.,
value for sex must be M or F, but a second phone number can be blank/null.
I like EqNull On, and I also like Zero On so reports will total values
properly even if blank/null.

I recall that SQL doesn't go along with some of the RBase conventions and I
believe comparing to Nulls is a no-no. But others will correct me if I'm
wrong.

(I realize that blanks and nulls are different, but I've never had any luck
explaining this to my users.)
