The CURRENT shipping version of The Glorious R:BASE 2000 (ver 6.5++)
for Windows, Build:1.851xRT03  does not support the additional parameters
for LAUNCH command.

But, I'm sure there will be absolutely NO PROBLEM adding that option in
the upcoming In-Line Patch-3, to be released shortly. Always a pleasure.

The Magical R:BASE 7.0 for Windows includes the support for additional
"Parameters" and "Wait Until Finished" options for LAUNCH command.
