I think it is on the Conference CDs from the last couple of years.
If you can't find, let me know, and I will dig it up and post it for you.
Robert Rugilo is a developer in Florida that does high end document imaging 
systems.  He has written this viewer and has offered to share it w/ the 
R:base community.
