Documentation error in http://rsyntax.com/setdate.htm:

It is stated there that when the date sequence is set to MMDDYYYY
and the date entered is 6/11/94 then the date stored is is 6/11/1994. This
is not true. When the date entered is 6/11/94 with DATE SEQUENCE set to
MMDDYYYY then the date stored is 6/11/0094 which is logical within the
system. With year input format set to YYYY R:Base expects all year digits
to be input, when they are not R:Base left pads the input year number with
zeroes.

With DATE SEQUENCE (input format) set to MMDDYYYY:

Input Stored

6/11/4 >>> 06/11/0004
6/11/94 >>> 06/11/0094
6/11/994 >>> 06/11/0994
6/11/1994 >>> 06/11/1994

The DATE YEAR and DATE CENTURY settings come into play only when DATE
SEQUENCE is set for 2 digit years: MM/DD/YY.

P.S. If there are any flaws in this statement please let me know.
