Well, MAYBE something like Omnipage, which I'm NOT recomending, because I 
haven't played with it yet <g> or some other OCR software, with an sheet feed 
or handheld scanner. I got Omnipage with a HP6250 sheet feed scannerm, and 
bought the whole package, because they NEEDED it in the office. I think I 
finally broke the shrinkwrap after it was here for 3 months <g> But, 
something like that may be worth a shot. I'm not sure how much good it will 
do with a variety of formats, but it's worth a shot.

Or, you could always do it like the automotive indistry, and a number of 
others, and have them email the invoices in an acceptable format. Auto uses 
EDI, but I'm starting to see some that are asking for an Excel format, so 
they can do it on the cheap. Not sure what you're business requirements are, 
but it's just an idea <g> Then you can ALWAYS use the ODBC connector, and 
bring it into RBase, and you have almost NO data entry <g>
