David, quick follow-up Q.  W/re: to the first & last EDITABLE fields, is
first & last inclusive of TEXT objects (not EDITABLE) and other form objects
as well?  IOW, do they need to be ABSOLUTELY the first & last form objects,
or the first & last w/in all EDITABLE objects/fields?
