David All my fields in this particular form are editable except for text and lookout fields. The first field in every page is an editable filed. It happened again today, after exiting the design mode and testing the form using the RUN/EDIT option of the OBJECT MANAGER (FORMS) when pressing the NEXT PAGE on the first page it would skip to page 4; if I used the PREVIOUS PAGE to move one page at the time to the first page and then pressed the NEXT PAGE button, it would work correctly. After I exited RBase and rebooted the computer, the form worked correctly. Again, I have no logical explanation.
