Hi All
We have been having a problem when printing for sometime and my customer
describes the
problem below. They are running Version 6.1A
My Customer writes as Follows ;
> I have finally found a solution to our printing problem.
>My conclusion is that there must be something in our program that is not
compatiable with the
>operating systems above win95 that cause printing errors (rbgtime.exe
errors).
>The errors still occurred when;
>. We changed our network operating system to red hat and now work in a
domain.
>. New computer installed with win2000
>. Computers installed with win98
>. computers installed with XP
>. I setup a computer independent of the network with a printer directly
connected
>. A computer connected to the network with a printer directly connected
>It wasn't looking good there for a moment, because slowly we are upgrading
our operating system >and we have over half of our computers that would not
print properly.
>The solution has not cured the software problem, but we can now only use
win95 or XP with our
>software. By changing the compatibility to win95 in properties in XP the
printing problem no
>longer exists.
>Do you know what could cause this problem in our program?
ANY IDEAS
