My experience last weekend installing R:Merge was this: 1. I had to reset the OWNER to PUBLIC 2. I successfully installed R:Merge (new sys tables were created) 3. I reset my OWNER back to its previous value 4. I successfully created a template 5. R:Base will not allow resetting OWNER back to PUBLIC or NONE and gives the error: -ERROR- The OWNER cannot be NONE or PUBLIC when using SQL access control [2660]
