Hi Razzak

 01. Check for the correct RBG7.1 installation files, such as:

      RBG7.EXE in C:\RBTI\RBG7 7/15/2004 19:07

      RBENGIN1.MSG in C:\Windows or \WinNT 7/15/2004 19:07
      RBENGIN2.MSG in C:\Windows or \WinNT same
      RBENGIN3.MSG in C:\Windows or \WinNT same

I also have
RB701.MSG 10/14/2003 7:07
RB702.MSG same
RB703.MSG same

   RBENGINE.DLL in C:\Windows\System32 or \WinNT\System32
7/15/2004 19:07

I also have
RB70_32.dll 10/14/2003 7:07
RB70INS.dll same

Are there any duplicate files in other directory?

NO Dups

Is there anything else I should try?

Thanks
Marc
