Sounds like you have all your bases covered. But just remember that because of the programs you run on your computer you are a much bigger target than me. I not saying that what I suggest is a replacement for good common sense, but you do because a much smaller target for bad things to happen if you get off the beaten path when it come to internet software.
Also check out www.firegate.net. They sell a firewall based on linux that scans all incoming and outgoing traffic (Email,Web,Ftp) for viruses. The nice thing the worm/virus never gets to the user.
