Karen, Just some thoughts… Each workstation’s documents with each
page identifying the company, author, date and time could either be printed and
put in a safety deposit box or written to a CD with the CD session closed and
no longer recordable. All documents written to a CD-R are read only so
you would preserve the company, author, date and time of creation, as long as
you could preserve the CD. Unfortunately, CD’s are more fragile
than books. Or maybe scan the documents, both the printed date and the scanned
date would testify as to the original creation. Claudine From:
