My daughter's Christmas present to me will be helping me to preserve the sounds from some of my 300 vinyl LPs into iPod or other digital format. We watched/read Grace Hopper in graduate school, (Management of Information Systems) between 1980 and 1982. I think she's also the one who said that only one person ever wrote a COBOL program from scratch -- herself. Everyone else copied a working program and started making changes. Bill
