Thanks Sami

I already did that but the problem still exists.  I even put the variable in a completely different area of the report and it still will not print if I do a screen preview before printing to the printer.  The VAR name is vSUB_TOT, I don’t think that is a reserved word.

The print command is as follows:

PRINT store_rec_reprint WHERE inv# = .vinv# option screen (field VSUB_TOT prints to screen but will not print to paper)

PRINT store_rec_reprint WHERE inv# = .vinv# option printer (All fields print)

John -

One other suggestion I have is to remove the variable objects from the report then place them back there again.  On occasion that's worked for me...

Good luck -

Sami

Bob…..  No change when I uncheck clear VARs

Dawn…  “Blank When Zero” is not checked…  I may have to use your “work-around” and report as a bug.

Thanks for all of your good suggestions.

Let me know if you think of anything else.
