Is there any difference in network rights to the
application directory from one machine to another?

Subject: [RBG7-L] - Network Question Hello All,
I have a 7.1 application installed on a
network;
the application is on the server with the Runtime
files on the individual computers. Two
computers
are working just fine but on the third when they
try to
start the application, they get the error message
"Cannot read system file
RBASE.DAT".
The code-locked RBASE.DAT file is in the
application
directory on the server. All computers
involved are
running under XP Professional (with Service Pack
2).
Any ideas on what to look for on that 3rd
computer?
What I have done so far is to try removing the TEMP
file direction commands from RBASE.DAT.
Also I made
sure that they
can SEE the application directory from
the computer that is
not working.
