I thought there is still a 4k limit to the row of
data
even if there is 5 note fields? Am I wrong on
this?

I have one table with 5 note fields representing
departmental instructions for our shop orders. Links to our shop orders
table with the job# as the PK / FK. Works great.

That was the plan, and I have used that technique in
the past when linking a single note field to another table full of text and
ddate fields. My real worry is the multiple note fields in one table.
Or......do I have multiple tables with one note field and a ref#???
