In addition to suggestions by John Docherty and Albert Berry, make sure that the HP Printer is NOT defined in the report setup. The printer option should be set to "Default".
Use the following steps to exclude that possibility:
01. Report Designer | Main Menu | File | Page Setup ...
Printer: should be set to "Default"
