John, Albert, Razzak,
Thank you for your responses, but --
Net use does not show any printers
In reports, default is the printer setting.
Any other ideas?

Bernie,

LPT1 could be captured to the network printer, or redirected by a "net use"
command. If you are using XPP and go to the CMD prompt and type net use you
will see any printers that are being redirected, or alternatively check the
login script. Try printing to LPT1 from the command prompt and see where the
printing ends up.

Subject: [RBG7-L] - Wrong printer is printing

Customer got a new Okidata ML 420 and connected it to the parallel port.
The default printer is an HP LaserJet via the network.

The program does Prnsetup and the print box comes up showing all available
printers.

The Okidata is selected but the print goes to the HP?
So what could be going on here?
