Using the data browser, I'm editing a set of about 400 rows. I try to use the menu option Edit | Replace All Column Values to put the value 100772 into a column defined as TEXT(9). I get the error message 'ABCID Must be valid text'. I get the same error message if I use X100772 as my value.
The equivalent UPDATE command from the R> prompt works. Has anyone seen this? -- Larry
