It is taking about 10 seconds to run a specific command file that accesses
about 2,500 records.  With two users on the system, the same task takes
about 97 seconds.

I wonder if it could be anything in the configuration on the server?  We are
using Norton Antivirus and Webroot Spy Sweeper enterprise versions.
