David, All my workstations run WIN2K on 2.4 Pentium 4s w/1 GB Network cards and 512 Memory. Switching to a 1 GB network switch really makes a big difference and my setup hums right now... My main server is Windows Small Business Server 2003 but my file server is still NT4 (soon to be upgraded).
